How long does it take to obtain a certified copy of a Certificate of Registration? |

If a Certificate of Registration is needed for one trademark only, usually the certificate can be obtained from the JPO about 6 JPO working days after a request for the certificate has been submitted. If the certificate does not need to be translated from Japanese into another language, we will forward it to the party requesting it within 1 business day after we receive it from the JPO, and within 2 business days if an English translation is needed. |
